Had a transfer box replaced right before my warranty was up at 50K. BMW had a bulletin on the item, I followed through, I was told that if it didn’t work, even if I was over the warranty they would replace. They made good on their word. My Tech Rep is Ray Silva. Our sales rep Hans has done a terrific job. For the two times we bought cars from him, he offered us great deals and are always patient, knowledgeable and making it a stress-free process. At delivery even offered additional incentives that we were not aware of (didn't have to since we had no knowledge). Tristan was very helpful in walking us through the process of ordering a vehicle from the factory. He then kept us informed of the status of the manufacturing and shipment of the vehicle and he finally made the delivery date administrative process very smooth. It ending with Tristan giving us an informative test drive and explanation of the high tech functions of the car, which we had never before experienced.
