Eligibility Criteria for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return, items must adhere to the following conditions:

Condition and Packaging:

All returned parts must be in a pristine, unused condition and in their complete, original packaging.
Bob Smith BMW MINI reserves the sole discretion to determine whether an item meets the “new” condition criteria. Generally, this implies the part must be free of wear and tear and suitable for resale as new.

Exclusions:

Returns are not accepted for items containing hazardous materials, including but not limited to, flammable items, liquids, fluids, chemicals, engine oil, gearbox oil, power steering fluid, transmission fluid, brake oil, and AC refrigerant. Returns are not accepted for coded parts, including but not limited to, keys, coded control units, locks and locking mechanisms, ignition systems components, computer systems, multimedia components, and displays. Returns are not accepted for parts generally perceived as consumables, including but not limited to tires, belts, brakes (including brake components), wiper blades, motor mounts, air and fuel filters, exhaust systems, and smog regulation system components.

Warranty Information:

Original BMW accessories are covered by a limited warranty of up to 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first, subject to safety testing and approval by BMW engineers.
Accessories installed in the vehicle prior to delivery will be covered under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty. If installed by Bob Smith BMW MINI post-sale, the accessory will be covered under the remaining New Vehicle/SAV Limited Warranty period or a limited parts warranty of two years from the installation date, whichever is longer.

Warranty repairs do not extend the original limited warranty period for the vehicle or any parts, including accessories. Certain states may not permit limitations on implied warranty durations; thus, the above limitations may not apply. This warranty provides specific legal rights and may be subject to additional rights varying by state.
